General Information

Revive brittle split ends with De Lorenzo’s Protein Complex Spray. This repairing treatment helps strengthen the hair shaft and prevents further damage caused by chemical environmental and everyday wear. Liquified proteins, amino acids and peptides derived from quinoa, wheat, soy and oat infuse into the inner layers of the hair cortex and attach to the outer cuticle to reinforce and provide ultimate protection.

Directions

Shampoo & towel dry hair. Spray Protein Complex on mid-lengths and ends. Leave for 5 mins. Do not rinse. Seal with De Lorenzo Conditioner then rinse.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for damage This is another of the Essential treatment line that my hair dresser recommends for my hair. As a bleached blonde, protein is an important treatment to stop my hair from snapping. I shampoo my hair and then Spray this throughout my towel dried hair. I leave it on for a couple of minutes and then condition and wash it all out. You don’t notice an amazing result straight away, but I do notice that my hair breaks less and there isn’t as much hair in my brush at the end of the day. Another great product from de Lorenzo

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I can't live without this! Can't recommend it enough! Up until using De Lorenzo my hair was in dreadful condition. Bleached platinum blonde and extremely fried. I always did home bleach jobs up until finding my amazing hairdresser who recommended De Lorenzo to me.<br />My hairdresser recommended this product and use it in conjunction with the Oil balance.<br />Use oil balance first. Leave 10 minutes. Shampoo hair. Spray on Protein Complex. Wait 5 mins. Condition as usual.<br />I love how effective it is. My hair is now strong and shiny. I cant recommend this enough!<br />And another plus is that its Australian made and cruelty free, vegan and they use quality natural ingredients.<br />Do not spray it on as a leave in condtioner. Always follow the instructions. I tried this once. Left it dry. When used correctly it is AMAZING! Another thing I'd like to mention. When I went back to my hairdresser after using this for three months, after she had bleached my hair and had dried it (before adding colours or conditioning treatment) she said "What have you been using on your hair? It feels amazing. Totally not normal after bleaching it! Whatever you are doing, keep doing it!"... ;) Oil balance and Protein complex!

Fight fire with fire - or in my case, bleach.<br />I went platinum blonde about 3 months ago, mixing my 25% grey in with the now white hair.<br />The only problem, my hair got fried. SERIOUSLY FRIED.<br />I tried everything I could think of but nothing really helped.<br />Until I stumbled upon De Lorenzo Protein Complex spray. I researched it and discovered that not only is it a remarkable product, it's an Aussie company.<br />Now for my review:<br />I followed the directions - shampoo/towel dry hair/spray De Lorenzo Protein Complex from mid shaft to ends/wait 5 mins/apply conditioner over the spray/wait recommended time according to product directions (I waited another 5 mins)/rinse hair completely.<br />The smell is lovely. Kind of floral/natural scent (according to the company website, they use certified organic ingredients).<br />After rinsing out the conditioner, I towel dried my hair and combed through. NO TANGLES! Bonus!<br />Running my fingers through my hair I felt immediate results.<br />It's softer and smoother. I can see shine, something I haven't seen in months. It's not a 'one use miracle' but I see improvement. Over time, I'm hoping for a remarkable improvement. But for now, I'm really happy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great when used with Equilibrium!! I really enjoyed the results I got when using this product!! I definitely noticed a difference in the strength and quality of my hair. It didn't feel as dry and looked a lot healthier. It is easy to use and it had an amazing smell! I found that it worked best when I used it with the De Lorenzo Equilibrium hair treatment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is brilliant for itchy flaky scalps I had bad psoriasis and after trying so many products that did nothing I was advised to try this & it worked virtually overnight. Within one week it had all gone and I have never had it back since which is wonderful as it is a painful problem when you have it. This strengthened my hair back again and stopped it from splitting and snapping.

I do use a few De Lorenzo products - two that I do not see here at all Not the only hair products I use either The Protein Complex strengthens your hair and adds life to it, It has one of the best fragrances and is easy to apply and does not leave that greasy feel at all. It is fantastic if you want to use something like a GHD or blow dryer. Heat can cause more damage or just damage hair all together! My only complaint is that it should come in a bigger bottle for the price that is paid as it is not really a product that lasts long if used daily or constantly. Depends on if you like to be generous or not with it This works great for my hair when doing chemical straightening and using the appliances needed to maintain it in between, but along side other hair essentials NOTE: Like any hair product, at some point we do need to change to something different, only as our hair becomes resistant or builds up a certain level of tolerance.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from really nice so I was suggested to use this by my hairdresser, and at first I was hesitant because I didn't understand how it worked. after using it for nearly 2 years I can see a huge difference. I have been getting a full hair of blonde fouls for 2 years now, and as most of you would know that means a lot of dry, dead and breaking ends. after using this 1-2 times a week I can see how amazing it is to my hair. I feel like my hair breaks a lot less and I have notices fewer split ends. defiantly worth buying this product if you get your hair dyed regularly !

The design of the bottle is a bit odd, so spraying was not super easy in shower and slippery. I am still using it though with De Lorenzo shampoo and equilibrium mask hoping to see some difference. Mask does make difference but spray? Don't think so.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Smells lovely I bought it after a recommendation from my hairsalon. My hairdresser uses this product on my hair. I use it after shampoo and before conditioner as a treatment . It is in a spare format, very light mist and smells lovely. Spray on hair shaft in a towel dried hair after shampoo and rinse, leave it for few minutes and follow up with the conditioner. I have dry coarse hair and this product makes my hair even coarser and drier. No big disappointment for me.

I was recommended this product by another blonde friend and honestly I have not noticed much of a difference. The product has a really nice smell and cute, very appealing packaging. The ingredients promoted are also very hot and appealing in the health market at the moment. I use this product directly after washing approx every 3 days and allow to air dry. Honestly I don't think I've noticed any sort of a difference in regards to the health and strength of my hair.mperhaps this is because I don't use it daily. I don't think it's worth the money as an extra step in my hair care
