They cushion, protect and relieve soft tissue, bones and joints against unwanted stress, providing optimal comfort and pain relief. Slip the sock over the foot until the heel is cupped by the bigger part of the sock, with the thinner strap-like section secured at the front of the ankle. Reusable - we recommend washing the product with warm water and soap followed by air drying.

I never get blisters and I used to wear the inside of my runners out as my heel bone rubbed in the same spot and caused the inside of my runners to wear out causing a hole in the fabric. These heel socks have saved many runners and also stop my socks from moving. Definitely worth trying as they’re cheap enough.

Suprisingly, this heel sock left my heels feeling hydrated and smooth. Very easy to wear, slips right on, I did have to cut them a little so they didnt show out of my shoes,this was easily done. Highly recommended.

I've got small feet and the grip is not ideal. Besides, be extra careful when using balms and / or creams underneath. It can get slippery and cause ankle twists while walking.
