Directions

Brush thoroughly at least twice a day or as directed by your dental professional. Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water. Not recommended for children 6 years or less. Colgate recommends specially formulated Colgate children's toothpaste. Up to 12 hours of protection against bacteria with 4 weeks continuous use.

Colgate Total 12 Original Antibacterial Fluoride Toothpaste is amazing! The flavor while bushing is not to strong, and when I finished brushing my teeth I didn't feel like all the saliva had been sucked from my mouth but hours later my mouth still felt clean and fresh. Using this twice a day has given me a real sense of security. I haven't been worried about bad breath and my mouth just feels so fresh. I will defiantly be continuing to use Colgate Total 12 Antibacterial Fluoride Toothpaste and I will be getting it for the rest of the family as well. Amazing!

It provides a great deep clean of the teeth, gums and tongue to really freshen your breath and this freshness lasts well for a few hours. It foams up well, and I don't find I need to use a lot. I also like the pleasant, natural and mild mint flavour.
