Directions

Brush thoroughly at least twice a day or as directed by your dental professional. Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water. Not recommended for children 6 years or less. I prefer the taste of this one as it has a sharper mint taste but it's not the preferred one for the others in our household. It leaves a lovely fresh taste for a long time. I find I don't have to use a mouth wash as often. I would recommend it to others. When I use an electric toothbrush I find it just needs a small amount and it goes a long way. I used to use the pumps which were just wonderful to use but they don't seem to be readily available these days.
