Directions

Brush thoroughly at least twice a day or as directed by your dental professional. Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water. Not recommended for children 6 years or less. Colgate recommends specially formulated Colgate children's toothpaste. Up to 12 hours of protection against bacteria with 4 weeks continuous use.

I certainly didn't mind it and it works the same as other Colgate toothpastes with just enough foaminess to brush. A little goes a long way in this case and left that fresh minty feeling in my mouth.

You can feel it working, the mint stripe flavour is refreshing leaving your mouth so cool and confident and your teeth sparkly.

I prefer the taste of this one as it has a sharper mint taste but it's not the preferred one for the others in our household. It leaves a lovely fresh taste for a long time. I find I don't have to use a mouth wash as often. I would recommend it to others. When I use an electric toothbrush I find it just needs a small amount and it goes a long way. I used to use the pumps which were just wonderful to use but they don't seem to be readily available these days.

I have been using for weeks now and the first thing I noticed was the taste, it was more of a spearmint than a mint to me which was wonderful because I find mint toothpastes can be very overpowering. The colour of the paste is also lovely and gives you a more fresh feeling. For me the best thing about this toothpaste is the fresh aftertaste it leaves in my mouth.
