[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Revlon PhotoReady Candid Foundation in shade 120 (Buff – light/medium with natural/beige undertone) matches perfectly with my skintone and it’s one of the best foundations I’ve ever used! The liquid foundation is housed in a plastic tube with a handy pump applicator. I apply the foundation using my fingers and also a foundation brush and found that both methods of application buffs out the foundation evenly to give a beautiful natural finish. The formula of this foundation is very creamy and moisturising, so it glides onto my skin effortlessly and smoothly to give my skin a flawless look. The coverage is medium, but can be buildable without giving a cakey finish. The foundation does not fade during the day, however, I found that my T-zone became slightly oily towards the end of the day. So, using a powder over the foundation helped to control my oily T-zone a lot better. I really love using this foundation and will continue to use this product before heading out to work!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Trial team - new favourite foundation! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, thank you Beautyheaven for this trial opportunity. Revlon PhotoReady Candid Natural Finish Anti-Pollution Foundation comes in a 22ml squeezy tube packaging with a pump. Squeezy tubes and pumps are my favourite packaging options for foundations, as it's hygienic and great for travelling. The shade I selected was 120 Buff, which is a fair to light shade with neutral/slightly yellow undertone. It's a good colour match for me. I use this foundation 4 or 5 weekdays for work, and the wear time each day is approximately 10 to 12 hours. I would start with the usual SPF moisturiser, primer, before using this foundation. I have tried a flat-top kabuki foundation brush as well as a damp sponge - both work well to blend the foundation. I would then powder to set my foundation. It's very easy to blend this foundation, whatever your blending tool may be. It looks very natural and feels lightweight. The coverage is much better than anticipated; just one layer of foundation is enough coverage for me. I have tried different combinations of moisturisers/primers/sunscreens under this foundation, I have found that this foundation holds up better over a lighter base (e.g. SPF moisturiser rather than a proper SPF sunscreen) I have combination skin with an oily T-zone, while I still need to blot 2 to 3 times throughout a normal work day, the foundation doesn't fade or lift up during blotting. I can't do powder touchups during my work days, but if you can, this is a good foundation for long work days. I'm also glad to report that this foundation hasn't clogged my pores or caused any pimples after continuous use. Overall I'm very happy with this foundation, it's a lovely, lightweight product that looks natural. I will definitely consider buying this once my foundation stash runs low.

I absolutely love this foundation. The pump is very well designed because it allows only a small blob of product to come out at a time. It feels very thick and rich to touch but when you apply it to your face it blends so easily and feels so light on the skin. It blurs my fine lines and evens my skin tone. I can also build a medium coverage very easily, with only a small amount of product. Exactly what you want in a foundation. The best thing is, it doesn't transfer at all, all day! It stays put in the crazy heat of Cairns and in the humidity. It also won't sweat off. My skin looks fresh and hydrated by the end of the day, no matter how dehydrated I might be feeling. I teach prep, so I make crazy faces all day, which means my make up can sometimes sit in lines or expression marks that I do not actually have, but this foundation doesn't do that at all! A big winner for me!

I’m generally quiet pale but chose this colour as I have been tanning lately as it’s a darker beige colour. The colour really suits my tanned skin and blends in really well. It’s like a moisturiser and foundation all in one I really didn’t even need to have primer underneath. The scent of the foundation is nothing overpowering very silimar to other Revlon products which is great. I loved the coverage of this foundation as I have a lot of rednesss in my skin and it covered this up very well and lasted me the whole day at work. The foundation is not oily like some and when you put translucent power over the top it’s amazing. I would recommend this for anyone who wants a long lasting easy gliding foundation for everyday use that won’t make you look oily. I love Revlon as a brand in general and use this on a daily basis.

It also does not sit that well on my skin so I actually prefer the mousse like coverage of the full cover variant. longevity wise, it does come off fairly quickly but it still is a good product. i guess i just do not have the right skin type for this. i might try the glow one next time.

It was a rather small tube and for that price range I can find a foundation that is going to give me alot more. This product might be great for a different skin type or used with different products you can get more out of it. I will be trying this current bottle again using a different technique and products but at this point is rather buy a foundation that just gives me more for the price. 4 out of 5 stars! Because it gives me what it says.... but just barely

Firstly, I really like that this foundation is anti-pollution, anti-blue light and oil free. It is a medium coverage foundation but is buildable if you want more coverage. It quite a lightweight foundation, especially compared to others I've used and does not feel heavy or cakey on my skin at all, and I appreciate how easy this product is to blend and apply (I've been applying with beauty blender) and its so smooth. This is not a matte foundation at all, having more of a dewy finish, though I haven't found myself getting oily which is lucky. I do usually go for a high coverage matte foundation, however I like the natural look this medium/ dewy foundation gives to my skin.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good colour match, nice formula, medium coverage [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have quite desaturated, neutral toned skin, so finding a colour match can at times be difficult- but the shade Buff 120 is perfect for me. I enjoy the natural look this foundation provides, and if you're careful not to over powder (this is only a light to medium coverage foundation, so if you want a full glam look, you may need to look elsewhere) the look is glowy and amazing. This is my new go-to foundation, as it is an affordable, effective formula. I like the small, airtight packaging although my last bottle has recently oxidized a little, after approximately 5 months. I had foregone a primer, however, so that may have been the only issue. The small size of the bottle makes it fit easily in a makeup bag, and it's great for traveling with.

This is by far the best Revlon foundation in my opinion. The texture is quite thick, but once prepped and warmed on the back of the hand it becomes easy to spread and blend. With a medium coverage it provides a beautifully light finish while concealing skin imperfections and creating an overall even skin tone. Pros Demi matte finish/oil free Good medium coverage Can be blended with highlighter or illuminator to create a satin matte glow Cons None, but I would love a lighter shade range Porcelain shade has pink/ neutral tones unlike some of the other shades that are more yellow in tone

May not be the best I have ever tried but for the price point it works exactly like the product says. It is one of the most light weight foundations I have ever tried. It doesn't feel or look cakey and blends perfectly to your skin tone. I can wear this all day and it never sinks into creases or cracks and stays light weight. I have noticed that it will get a little oily on my forehead but I find that happens with most foundations I wear for longer than 8 hours. Nothing that a blotting sheet can't fix. I find the best way to apply it is to use a brush them go over the edges with a sponge to blend it even better.

And I'm glad she did as looking at it I would not have bought this myself. It comes in a pink pump bottle however I think the quantity is smaller than other drugstore foundations. I have the shade natural beige and it's a great match for me. Its a foundation but feels almost like a bb cream with great coverage. It is very creamy and soft consistency and applies easily. I used my fingers and also used a brush another time to apply this foundation. With fingers it almost applied like a cream and gave a very natural finish. I used only one pump to cover my face & neck. But with brush I needed 2 pumps to cover and looked liked I had foundation on my(not in a bad way). It did hive flawless, satin finish to my skin and did not highlight my large pores. It is a light weight and natural looking foundation but with great coverage that is buildable. It did not highlight my dry skin and felt almost moisturizing and hyderating on my skin. I dod not use any powder as i wanted to see how this wotked on my skin. I used it through the day and it did not cake my dry skin(which many drugstore foundations do) or made my skin oily(which many foundations do). I am not the one to use foundations on daily bases but this would be an addition to my beauty bag. Would I repurchase this? Yes!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So lightweight [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this in sand beige which I do find slightly too dark for me (as it oxidises a tint bit) I love the squeezable pump bottle as it’s easy to get every last drop, although there is slightly less product in this foundation compared to others at 22ml. It doesn’t have any particular scent which is great, and it applies smoothly and easily. The coverage is exactly as it says! Medium but buildable, which is great as I can wear it all day for work but also on nights out! Also it doesn’t cause any flashback either which is fab. I do have slightly dry skin so I can wear this for a decent 6-7 hours without needing to touch up with powder, and it gives a natural skin like finish. The only negative I have is that I tend to break out whenever I use it, but my skin does break out really easily. This is due to the many silicones in this foundation, so be wary of that! I will continue to use it and see if my skin gets used to it as it’s actually a good foundation and I love that it’s affordable as well.

This foundation was a game changer for me. I don’t often wear foundation as I feel my skin can’t breathe, and to get the coverage I need normally I need a thicker application. The PhotoReady foundation gave me the coverage I was after with minimal product needed. In an easy to dispense pump top tube, you are at no risk to waste or contaminate the product with each use. I didn’t find and smell or after smell with this foundation. I did find the initial application somewhat difficult to blend however once on the skin the product warms and is easily able to blend from there in. I have fine lines under my eye which normally hold and catch product which I dislike but I found this foundation didn’t happen. I also used the accompanying concealer in the area with out issue. The product didn’t ball up when applying highlighter or other products over the top. I did become a small bit shiny as the day progressed but a light dusting of powder easily fixed this. My shade match was a perfect fit for my light freckle skin. I only wish the product bottle was bigger.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Revlon Foundation - Candid [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Revlon PhotoReady Candid™ Foundation comes in a 22ml tube with 16 shades available. Its a long pink container with a pump end to disperse the product out. I did notice this is a smaller size of product over a standard foundation size however on a positive it makes it easier to store and feels lightweight- also good for a traveling makeup bag. My skin is light neutral in tone and I did find a reasonable workable shade although I have noticed that the shades do run quite yellow in undertone. I personally really enjoy the pump style on this foundation; not only do I get the perfect amount of product for use it also means it wont spread, become messy & remains hygienic. The texture of this foundation is quite thick. So I find I only needed a small amount each use. It was super easy to blend on my face – leaving a very smooth canvas. It feels quite moisturising and whipped on the skin. I have used a brush and a sponge – while both work I did find that the sponge left me with a lighter look on the skin. I like how this foundation didn't sink into my pores or accentuate my fine lines. However I do have combination skin. I found the initial coverage medium in nature evening out skin-tone and texture. That being said it is also quite build-able from what I tried- up to a higher coverage. I do set it with powder. I love that this foundation also has extra antioxidants, vitamin e and anti-blue light ingredients to help protect my skin from environmental stressors. The ingredients list is pretty impressive & I feel like I am giving my skin extra boost on-top of my skincare especially in the environment. There is also no oils, parabens, phthalates, artificial dyes and fragrances. For me the end result is a satin finish in nature which also dries down quickly. Even though I have combination skin I enjoy this look because it gives a more natural look to the skin. On my combination skin this product didn't oxidize or transfer - remaining the same colour during the days ongoing wear. It does mix in with my natural oils during the day leaving my t-zone shinny but it doesn't sink into my pores or make me look like a shinny mess. Plus I can powder if I really want to. On me It does start to wear off around the 8 hour mark but its not claimed to be a long wear foundation & at the end of a 12 hour day- I still had some nice decent coverage left. Overall I really like this foundation, it gives a nice satin natural look and lasts quite well on the skin.

I got shade 240 natural beige and concealar 001 banana . This is medium coverage but buildable foundation. It has a creamy smooth texture ,so it's easy to blend . Its stay well all day . Foundation and Concealar both having pretty much same ingredients. It is made with no oil and no fragrances. And its contain with sunscreen as well . Which is good for skin . The foundation has easy to use pump and Concealar has a applicator . I applied foundation with the brush and it's applied very smoothly and even . For my face I use just 1 pump . It was quite buildable. Concealar I use that applicator and blend with beauty blender and this gives me beautiful natural finish look . It's not making my skin dry or looking cakey , I set this with powder . Over all I would say both are great products .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have come across Revlon PhotoReady Candid Foundation via the Beautyheaven Trial Team and chose shade 270 - Medium Beige. I only decided on the colour based on the internet sourced pallet and I must say the choice was not the best. As I am quite tanned at the moment it is definitely too light however I still tried it just to see how it performs. When the product arrived I was suprised by its size (22 ml instead of a regular 30 ml) however it totally didnn't bother me. I actually quite like it as its lighted and more compact for my gym beauty bag. This foundation applied nicely (i did it with just my fingers and did not use brush or a sponge) and covered my pores beautifully. It left nice, slightly dewy finish without a shine. As i have some skin discolorations it worked a treat! Covered them all beautifully. Although it looked perfect for about 3 hours I did start to shine a bit after that time and had to use a bit of powder to bring it all down. This was the only downfall however there are not many products on the market that work with very oily skin and stay perfect all day. I am hoping to get a better colour match soon and try the product again as I think I may become a fan! Great product at great price!

I have always liked Revlon foundations, in fact the Colour Stay line is one of my faves, so I had high hopes going into this. I was definitely not disappointed. Let’s start with the packaging. The Photoready candid foundation comes in a tube with a pump attached. It is really easy to use and I imagine it would be easy to get the final dregs of product out when you are done it. I requested the shade 120 Buff which was a bit light for my summer skin so I grabbed a tube of 220 Sand Beige which was perfect. I liked the product so much I didn’t hesitate to buy a second tube. The coverage is medium but buildable and looked natural without being cakey. I set mine with powder and the coverage lasted a good 12 hours with only slight shine in the T zone. It is also really easy to blend with both a sponge or brush. I really enjoyed this foundation and think it is an affordable drug store option. I wouldn’t hesitate to repurchase it in the future.
