Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing stuff. Life-changing. Transformed my husband's life by allowing him to sleep. He never felt 'sleepy' at night time. Turned out his medication (omeprozol) was preventing him from absorbing magnesium - which is needed to produce serotonin (the thing that makes us feel sleepy). These days he feels tired in the evening and sleeps soundly through the night. Worked within about 10 days and he's been using it for 6 months. He had not slept properly for 30 years before that on omeprozol.
