One tiny thing is that it makes my hair slightly dry, but I always use conditioner and hair serum right after so it's all good.

Unfortunately I ended up not liking it, the only volume I got from it was from the tangled, knotted up mess it left in my hair. Even after conditioning my hair just felt horrible. I did like the scent of the shampoo and it lathered up well but that wasn't enough for me to keep using it.

The bottles are easy to use and hold, and are clearly labelled. The shampoo lathers a little less than I'm used to, but that's probably a good thing, and it's barely noticeable. I always double shampoo and the second shampoo it always lathers much more. It's easy to rinse out, and it leaves hair scented for a day or so. My hair has felt smooth, silky, slightly more voluminous and manageable since using this product with the matching conditioner. I would recommend to family and friends.
