Available in a convenient fridge-free format, this premium quality formula combines three clinically trialled* strains - Bifidobacterium lactis (HN019), Bifidobacterium lactis (BI-04), and Lactobacillus acidophilus (La-14) – that are specifically formulated to support digestive health and wellbeing. *Waller, P. But after using this for only a week I am no longer bloated which I had been for literally a month. This tablet is a life saver and if you need help with bloating and getting your digestion back on track you should definitely try this!

Now I'm watching what I eat so I thought I'd give probiotic tablets a go. So many to choose from!
