Directions

After brushing and flossing, rinse with 20mL undiluted for 30 seconds, twice daily. Expel the liquid. Do not swallow. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. Not recommended for children under 12 years

It is a much stronger product than my regular Colgate mouthwash. I feel that the freshness lasted for longer. The taste of the product makes you know that it is mouthwash and it feels more serious than other brands. I like the product packaging and the information provided on the label. Though I couldn't tell if it was alcohol-free on the label. Overall, I would buy this product again.
