Total diet replacement for the dietary management of overweight and obesity.

Directions

Add one sachet of OPTIFAST VLCD to 200-250mL of cold or warm water. Stir, blend or shake to dissolve. Do not use boiling water. All prepared products should be tightly covered and consumed within 4 hours at room temperature or within 24 hours if refrigerated. Note: Discard any unfinished product that has been heated.

It's the perfect introduction to all the flavours, and a great way to figure out your own personal preference (I LOVE the strawberry shake personally). The only downside to this product is there is only 10 shakes but you pay the same price as a 12 shake box. Despite this I'd still buy the variety box again because I like to mix it up a bit, and not have the same flavour day in day out.
