Last time I went to Balia I had a bad ten days with Bali Belly. My friends all told me to take Probiotics at least a week before I travel and then during my stay in Bali. The problem is that Probiotics, needs to be refridgerated, which is no good for the Plane Travel. I went on line to Chemist wharehouse and found that the 'Ethical Nutrient Inner Health On The Go", are Probiotics that don't have to be in the refridgerater. They are also the best price I have found online. In taking the Inner Health product, I did not get Bali belly and had a great time on holiday. I now day the Inner Health every day, great suff.

Fantastic product! No need to keep it in the fridge any more.Yay! I buy the bottle with 120 tablets. Only 1 tablet a day is needed. Keeping my gut in good working order is important to me. Seems that probiotics are the "flavour of the month" these days. So many brands out there! And too many to choose from! I'm sticking with Inner Health. I trust it. Its been around forever. I've taken it for years & have had no side effects whatsoever. All in all, a great product. I would like the price to come down a fraction if possible. Will keep on buying it though, no matter how much it costs.
