So I tried the quick mist. It is great get a craving, spray, move on. It is exactly what I wanted and worked exactly how I had hoped. It works quickly to. I love the control of being able to administer the spray as needed, unlike the patches that slowly release the nicotine throughout a 24 hour period. Would highly recommend and yes, it does take some getting used to but the benefits outweigh any discomfort.

Been off the cigs for 2 years now and keep a spray unit handy as every now and again the craving returns briefly and a couple of sprays puts me back on the straight and narrow. The Berry flavour is my favourite.
