General Information

The health benefits of Caruso's Rhodiola come from its natural "adaptogenic" functions. Rhodiola was used traditionally in Russian medicine as an adaptogen to help the body adapt to stressful situations. Adaptogenic herbs promote body adaptation to stress and help the body to cope with environmental stressors.

Caruso's Rhodiola helps to manage the body's physiological stress response by promoting physical and mental endurance, capacity and stamina, reducing cognitive fatigue and helping to support mental focus and clarity when faced with stress from sources such as work, study and physical activity.

It also helps to support nervous system health and function, relieving restlessness, irritability, fatigue and sleeplessness due to mild anxiety. Rhodiola can help calm the nerves and support general mental wellbeing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rhodiola Rises For Physical and Mental Lift I combined this with good nutrition, exercise and positive mental health strategies eg focussing on the good not the bad in my life and what I could do, eg walk , rather than what I couldn't do now ,eg run. I researched online and heard a lot about rhodiola improving low energy, focus, stamina/endurance so gave it a whirl as part of reclaiming lost fitness and enthusiasm. Working for me as part of holistic health toolkit. I had been told to look for products with 3% rosavins and 1% salidrosides - Caruso's delivers above this and is also Australian, which I like. I continue to buy.

I have no anxiety ridden stomach pains that have driven me crazy for as long as I can remember. It's perfect to help the adrenals. Took about a week or so to feel the effects and 2 months on, I'm a new person. I highly recommend this product!
