Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cheap and good but Cheap and useful if you’re using for short term. The main complaint is that loops where the elbow parts rest - the way they are designed, your elbow tends to slip off sometimes while using so you have to be careful. May not suit everyone.

The Wagner forearm crutches are a good price but if a person under 5'3" needs these, the minimum height is borderline too tall. The setup instructions specify a distance between the inside elbow and the plastic forearm support. It is necessary if you need to bend down without taking your arm out first. We considered returning to store and request a child size version, but none available. The local handyman was able to modify within the hour so they are very useful now. I wonder why there isn't an option for a child size because if it can be modified (within an hour) with an extra adjustment hole and an inch of metal cut off, it could be designed for a larger range of adjustment to accommodate kids and adults.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the top section isn't adjustable to a small enough section to make the cuff sit in the right spot, so I ended up with the cuff around my elbow. It hasn't been an issue, but given that I'm not even at the shortest end of the recommended height range, I am surprised the adjustments don't accommodate this measurement a bit better. Otherwise, great product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good support I bought the crutches a month ago due to a fractured foot. I use both crutches for extra support due to other feet and knee problems. Fairly comfortable except when the arms are sweating they can be hard to remove. Otherwise makes mobility a bit easier.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Okay These need more notches between the arm cuff and hand grip. I am 5”7 and the arm cuff is just at my elbow and locks my elbow too far forward, making it bed the wrong way. If I shorten the bottom extension then I have more trouble reaching the hand grip. So the inside of my elbows are sore after one day. The motion of walking forward means this is something I’ll really have to watch. An extra not h would help as well as being able to adjust the cuff.

OK for quick short term need, but not suitable for use over several weeks. Handle is too hard and poorly shaped. Leg section is too short at longest setting and forearm part is too long at shortest setting.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not good for tall people Specs say for up people up to 1.9m. I am 1.88cm/6'2" and these are short by quite a bit. At least 5cm I'd say. Will be returned tomorrow and now have to hunt for a new pair before surgery.

Will be getting another pair and trying to find out if this is expected. I have stairs in my house and had they broken while coming down I would likely to be seriously injured.

However, I was unable to adjust the elbow peace so that it was comfortable for me. The quality of the materials was also disappointing. Recommend trying these out in store first, before buying.

I bought this about 3 weeks ago, and less than a week of using it, one of the crutches bent out of shape and curved (with no external force, and I weigh about 62kgs)! I took photos and sent it to Chemist Warehouse for an exchange, as I think it's a material defect and have not heard back since. Disappointed.
