I do not think it lasts a long time but maybe if you do more sprays. in terms of what it does to my hair i feel like it just evaporates so it doesnt make my hair oily or anything

It is a sort-of caramel fruity scent and I dislike smelling like food. I also find it overpowers my perfume. If that doesn't bother you, then I would recommend it but I won't repurchase.
