Since it's a spray it's easier to put on my hair than the creams and easier to apply thinly and ensure it is not greasy on the hair and doesn't weigh it down.

I don't particularly like it and find that it overpowers my perfume. If the scent doesn't bother you, I would recommend it but I won't repurchase - not sure that I will finish it up.
