Easy opening of Poise bag and individual liners. Each thin liner measures 14.75 cm long by 5 cm wide. Liner attaches easily to underpants with sticky backing which is almost the size of the liner. Not visible. Definitely for light bladder leakage because of thinness. Highly recommended, but keep up the pelvic floor exercises.
