General Information

Band-Aid Advanced Healing Hydro Seal Jumbo is a dual-action seal that keeps germs out & body's natural healing power in for multi-day protection.

Hydro Seal Gel Plasters provide the Optimal Healing Environment (compared to traditional plasters).

Designed to protect large wounds.

These are our most advanced plasters. They work differently than traditional plasters.

Shows it's working - Product will swell and a white bubble will form to show the healing process has begun.

Cushioning - Provides protection and relief from painful wounds.

Long lasting - Stays on for multiple days, even through hand washing and showers.

Directions

1. STOP THE BLEED AND CLEAN THE WOUND
Once the bleeding has stopped, ensure you clean the wound and dry it completely.
2. SKIP THE OINTMENT
To ensure the plaster properly adheres, it is recommended that you do not apply creams, ointments or lotions to the wound.
3. SEAL IT UP
Carefully remove the white paper tabs and apply the gel plaster directly on the wound. There is no pad.
4. WATCH IT WORK
Within 24 hours of the application the product will begin to swell and a white bubble will appear showing that the absorption has begun.
5. KEEP IT ON UNTIL IT IS TIME TO REMOVE
This plaster is designed to deliver multi-day protection. You can wear it until it begins to detach then the plaster must be removed. When removal is required, carefully loosen one end by stretching it along the skin. Do not pull upwards.

USAGE ADVICE

Sterile: unless individual wrapper is opened or damaged.
Use this product to cover and protect minor wounds.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic size and less fuss healing Size around 7cm x 6cm Could not even find the size written on the box or any website. Had a steam burn on my forearm. This patches lasted up to three days, completely waterproof and sealed, including in the shower. Comfortable and protective. Much less fuss than traditional plasters. Stretching the plaster to remove takes one or two times to master but overall very pleased. Burn healed much faster than I expected and I believe minimised scarring.

I've tried everything else & despite their high price, these are the best coverings for healing any wounds. The Jumbo plasters are a great size & you can leave them on for a few days while they do their work.

I fell and put a small deep puncture wound under my knee while we were in a remote part of West Australia. 1st use of the bandaid, left it on as instructed and on removal 5 days later found a clean dry and almost healed wound. Was very impressed, able to leave it uncovered until completely healed. Great product, now always at home and away with us.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Will work just a fair warning, these patches are meant for SMALL wounds, ie: scratches, shallow cuts blisters, scrapes and category 1-2 burns. DO NOT USE IF YOUR WOUND GOES TO BONE OR IS DEEPER THAN 1CM USE A NORMAL ISLAND BANDAGE. I made this mistake and burned through 5 of these within 48 hours. be warned, they do smell. this is natural and is not your wound rotting, i promise. it is a process of the chemical reaction, nothing bad. overall, a good bandage, it would be nice if you guys added these warnings in the instructions instead of your "easy 4 steps". you dont need to sell the product after we've already bought it.

It does not tolerate much water. When I started washing dishes and preparing food, it peels off. I did not immerse the band aid in water but it did get very wet. It says on the pack that it stays on when hand washing and showering.
