General Information

A gentle aloe cleanser that nourish and hydrate the skin while effectively removing all traces of make up and impurities.

PRIVATE FORMULA Gentle Cream Cleanser is a soap-free Aloe cleanser enriched with Vitamin A, Apricot, Avocado and Sweet Almond to gently cleanse, nourish and hydrate the skin, while effectively removing make-up and impurities.

Suitable For: Suitable for normal to dry skin.

Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Propylene Glycol, Mineral Oil, Aqua (Water), Squalane, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Stearic Acid, Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Sesamum Indicum (Sesame) Seed Oil, Prunus Armeniaca (Apricot) Kernel Oil, Triethanolamine, Glyceryl Stearate, Peg 100 Stearate, Cetyl Alcohol, Triticum Vulgare (Wheat) Germ Oil, Carbomer, Tocopherol (Vit E), Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Retinyl Palmitate (Vit A), Parfum, Tetrasodium EDTA, Sorbic Acid, CI 61570, CI 47005 # 175-179

Directions

Apply to face and neck with wet hands. Gently massage in circular movements and rinse off with water. For optimum results, follow with Dr. LeWinn's Private Formula toner and Private Formula moisturiser.

Recommended for normal to dry skin types.

I just recently started using this and I love it , it leaves my skin feeling so silky ! The smell is definitely abit funky but overall a great product . I use this in the mornings and at nights in the shower !

I switched to this from a foaming cleanser as foaming cleansers over cleanse and dry out my skin, please return to the old/original formula/thickness. I would pay more to have it as it was!

The past 6 months I’ve noticed it’s became very runny or it sticky in texture and has a totally different smell. Decided I’m going to purchasing. Go back to the old formula.

Like the smell but surprise on how running this is as it is more like milk than cream, guess I should not after reading rest of the reviews. It also left my face and hand greasy with a visible layer of oil, ended up have to follow with a foam cleanser...

Leaves an oily residue & the majority of my makeup on my face. Literally the only nice thing about this product is the packaging.

It smelled horrid, was very runny and I had to use another cleanser afterwards to remove nake up. Disappointed with this purchase.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Inefficient, Difficult to Use, Leaves Greasy Film This Gentle Cream Cleanser has been a staple in the cleansing line of Dr. Lewinn's for well over a decade. Unfortunately the product no longer resembles what it used to be. That being a thick, creamy, luscious green tinted cleanser that cleansed beautifully. The product now resembles a thin, oily, watery mess which just runs through the fingers and is impossible to use. One has to remove the pump top dispenser and manually pour out the cleanser onto the palm for a decent dollop. The cleanser is not at all water-soluble . Applied either to dry or damp skin, upon rinsing it leaves the most greasy residue imaginable, this cleanser does not rinse cleanly without the aid of a warm wet washcloth or cleansing sponges. Very, very difficult to use and I am not exaggerating. Please go back to the old formula or discontinue the product, to be honest I can't believe it's still on shelves...

The cream cleanser stay on my face after rinsing. I had to use a towel to wipe my face several times for making sure my face is clean. Um... I would say I will not recommend this product to my friends.
