I didn’t sweat at all wearing the product. It’s a lot more breathable than regular cotton undies and a large pad which often slips out of place. The built in pad is terrific and holds a large amount of fluid. I used these mostly at night when I have larger leakages. I was surprised at how effective they were. I highly recommend this quality product and will be purchasing in the future.

The underwear was comfortable and stretches well to fit. It is a bit difficult telling the underwear from front to back, but there is a little serial label that I think means that is the back. The underwear is very absorbent especially for after pregnancy and periods. The underwear stretches to fit and I highly recommend!
