Neutrogena Hydro Boost Hydrating Hydrogel Mask with Hyaluronic Acid is a single use mask that instantly quenches skin, deeply hydrates, and leaves skin supple and hydrated.

This unique hydrogel mask, with Hyaluronic Acid, instantly quenches dry skin leaving it deeply hydrated, radiant looking and feeling smooth and supple. Naturally found in the skin, Hyaluronic Acid helps to replenish moisture continuously throughout the day.

This is no ordinary sheet mask. It is made of 100% hydrogel material which contours to your skin, sealing in the formula for optimal absorption and is clinically proven to hydrate.

Directions

For best results, apply to your face and leave on for 20-30 minutes after cleansing and before applying your serum to give your skin an extra boost of hydration.

USAGE ADVICE

1. Cleanse your face.
2. Peel the white backing film from the top mask sheet and place this side of the hydrogel mask onto face. Discard the white backing sheet. Repeat with the bottom mask sheet.
3. For an intense treatment, leave on for 20-30 minutes.
4. Remove the mask and massage remaining product into face and neck.

I find this mask sheet quite slippery and tricky to apply. It is drenched in the hydrating serum which does instantly cool, hydrate and refresh dehydrated skin well. It does feel a little sticky afterwards but my skin did feel hydrated for several hours after using this mask.

The other felt like slippery rubber. Nothing on the packet to tell you which side is which. I’d probably try it again. Still sitting here with it on my face.

I personally was not a fan of the smell (a bit chemical-y in my opinion) which is a big factor in whether I like a mask or not. I also felt as though afterwards there wasn’t a huge difference on my skin. At this price point, for a single use product, I don’t think it is worth repurchasing

But, the instructions regarding white sheets etc are useless, as the whole lot just fell out in messy pieces. Not sure those pieces are even necessary. Definitely very moisturising though!

Second mask the upper lip part slipped down into my mouth. Threw that part away and I'm currently sitting here with the top part coming loose in various places. I wish I could get refund. I do not understand why the little Hydroboost liquid mask pots were discontinued and this crap is allowed to be sold.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible face mask, never buying again Packaging makes it hard to tell which side is supposed to go on your face. I tried both ways and didn't notice a difference. Mask is cut into 2 pieces instead of 1 like other sheet masks - it kept slipping off my face. Didn't notice much of a difference in my skin after using, even though I kept the face mask on for 25 minutes (packaging recommends 20 - 30 minutes). Garnier sheet masks only need 10 - 15 minutes, are the same price and my skin looks and feels smoother and brighter after using those. Definitely not buying this again. The Neutrogena Hydro Boost Mask (also blue packaging but comes in a set of 5) produces much better results than this as well.
