Calcium hydrogen phosphate, carnauba wax, cellulose - microcrystalline, Magnesium stearate, Silica - colloidal, Croscarmellose sodium, curcumin, tablet coating proprietary ingredient PI 4029.

Directions

1 tablet, twice daily.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 1 Month Review When I read reviews I recognised that a common trend was that you need to wait a month for the effects. What I would say is the results are cumulative. I've just passed one month and my menopause symptoms (hot flushes, night sweats, irritability and generally feeling like I'm living in someone else's body) have significantly reduced, I still have some hot flushes and night sweats but they have reduced significantly and would like to think that in another 4 weeks from now that they are completely under control. So my advice is, get them, take 2 a day until you have the results you want (I'm still at 2 a day) and then pull back to 1 (which I haven't done yet). Very very happy with my purchase of this product.
