These do come with an adhesive so it is only for one pair of shoes and not to be moved from shoe to shoe. I found these perfect for me. In fact better than the sticking alternative. Made a huge difference so I plan to get more for my other regular shoes.i bought a medium and I’m a size 8-9 ladies.
