Rated 1 out of 5 by from Read the label, not enough magnesium These were supposed to have an equivalent of 360mg of elemental magnesium, but they have the equivalent of 160mg. As a person who has to supplement their magnesium daily, I need at least 300mg per day (more if I sweat a lot). Because these had less than half of the advertised magnesium, I had to take 2 per day (and sometimes up to 4 because I found them to be a poor supplement), making these poor value as well. I finished the bottle quickly and had to make another purchase far sooner than I had anticipated.
