MULTIPLE PACKS
Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION
- Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.

The pharmacist will determine if this product is appropriate for you and if so, approve the order. In the event that you do not do this, the product will be deleted from your order and the balance of your order will be dispatched.

Works like magic
I purchased the cradle cap cream after reading some good reviews and boy it did not disappoint! Iv tried a few other products which didn’t work at all. However the mustela cream and the shampoo literally cleared my sons cradle cap in 3-4 days. I used the cream in the morning and gave him a bath in the evening and lightly combed his hair while the shampoo waited, it seriously took off the cradle cap with such ease. It took about 3 days for the majority to clear and by the 4th day it was all gone. I’d highly recommend this and the shampoo to parents who are finding it difficult to clear cradle cap.

Great product works well.
This product is great! Started working after the first day of using it and 3 days later my baby's cradle cap on her eyebrows has pretty much all cleared up. She did cry every time I put it on, so I'm not sure if she was sensitive to it or she just didn't like me putting stuff on her face but I'm happy with the product and would highly recommend.

Really works. Great product
I bought this because my son had his cradle cap return after he was 4 months old. Tried everything even the Mustela shampoo, which alone wasn't very effective. As soon as I started using the cream inconjuction with the shampoo his cradle cap went after the third application. Fantastic product to be used with the shampoo. Really effective product and you only need a small amount per application.

Most effective cradle cap treatment
After 3 kids and trying just about all the cradle cap products available and home remedies, this cream was most effective and worked super quick when used with the Mustela shampoo targeting cradle cap.
