Directions

Apply generously and evenly 20 minutes prior to sun exposure. Reapply: - At least every 2 hours - After swimming or sweating - Immediately after towel drying - Wear protective clothing, hats and eyewear when exposed to the sun. Avoid prolonged high-risk sun exposure. Frequent re-application or use in accordance with directions is required for effective sun protection. Storage conditions: store below 30°C.

It’s also moisturising, I use it as a base before I put makeup on and it helps the foundation blend smoothly into the skin.

The limited water resistance makes it unsuitable for my surf club kids, but I’d be happy to use this sunscreen as a daily product. It's smells really nice although it's a bit strong for my liking. A fragrance free version would give Avene 5 stars.

But found with my husband the hotter and sweatier he got the more a white film would appear over him. Biggest plus was the kids enjoyed the scent and none got burnt. Great for sensitive skin.
