Directions

Apply generously and evenly 20 minutes prior to sun exposure. Reapply: - At least every 2 hours - After swimming or sweating - Immediately after towel drying - Wear protective clothing, hats and eyewear when exposed to the sun. Avoid prolonged high-risk sun exposure. Frequent re-application or use in accordance with directions is required for effective sun protection. Storage conditions: store below 30°C.

It has a really creamy consistency and feels lovely and lightweight when it’s on the skin. I have sensitive skin and it doesn’t irritate or sting my face. It soaks in easily and doesn’t feel greasy. A great product!

My first impression was that the packaging had a nice feel to it but there were too many words which lowered the perception of quality. After using it, I’m all for it. It’s non-greasy, light and creamy, and 40-min water resistant is a great length of time. I find that with other water-resistant sunscreens, I come out of the shower feeling greasy and sunscreen slapped because it still sticks to my skin! Avene balances sun protection and water resistance well - feels like a moisturiser! The pump also gives it a more premium cosmetics feel which is nice, great product!

It is not greasy like other sunscreen and it gets absorbed so quickly. I would highly recommend this product especially if you have sensitive skin. I will always be using this product.

It is the highest SPF rating, yet it smooths on effortlessly and absorbs right into my skin. This is important to me as runny because slippery and slimy sunscreens cause my glasses to slip and slide and my eyes to burn when they wash away with sweat. My husband and I often do 1-3 hour runs and Avene stood the test of time and sweat fof us both. We love this product.

I have very pale skin and burn easily so always on the hunt for great sunscreen that doesn’t weigh you down. Some sunscreens feel so heavy but this lovely emulsion from Avene is so light I hardly notice it’s there! I used it on myself as well as my 1yr old and we were both impressed. The formula is lightweight and creamy and feels more like a luxury moisturiser than a highly protective sunscreen. It is easily absorbed and works well under makeup because it doesn’t leave an oily film on the skin. I’m very happy I’ve discovered this product just in time for summer!

This sunscreen is super gentle with minimal fragrance, doesn't sting around the eyes and even worked on my super sensitive toddler. The texture is really nice, quite tacky at first but dries fairly quickly. The consistency makes it easy to apply properly, not too runny or thick. It leaves the skin feeling moisturised and doesn't feel heavy on the skin. The pump is absolutely amazing. It is by far my favourite way to apply sunscreen. I will definitely repurchase and am keen to try others in the range.

From the pump top of the bottle to the fact that it honestly doesn’t feel like you are wearing sunscreen. I love that there is low/no odour, there is no sheen and after hours wearing it and sweating I couldn’t even tell I had it on (in a great way). Some other creams feel rough, drying and make my face sting when I wash them off but this one had no ill effects. I am pale skinned with red hair so these products are vital for me in Far North Queensland. Especially coming up to Summer!
