The bristles and spike combo really pulls hair taught while smoothing during the blow drying process. Other brushes I’ve bought in the past have not done both these things.

Would definitely recommend! Only negative was that the grip of the handle isn't as comfortable, so after long use it really starts to hurt your fingers.
