Supports energy production and general health & wellbeing. Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to support healthy digestion and help relieve symptoms of motion/travel sickness in adults.

My partner and I heard about Hydrodol and decided to try it out before a big day/night at Oktoberfest. We purchased this exact pack and both had the before and after sachets. I can tell you - I felt fantastic and refreshed the next day and we were both very surprised! Even after drinking as much as we did! We will certainly be preparing ourselves with this before any future nights out.
