Healthy Care Super Greens is an extensive superfood formula to support vitality, body detoxification and promote healthy digestion. It contains natural whole foods such as:
Spirulina, Chlorella, Wheat Grass, Barley, Bilberry, Acerola, Cocoa Bean and Green Tea.
It also includes a range of beneficial vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, plant extracts, digestive enzymes, probiotics, essential fatty acids, dietary fibre and alkalising pea protein.

Directions

Now, I like a good low sugar green smoothie, only sweetened by a small amount of fruit such as bananas or berries. The first time I added this product as per the instructions, it made my smoothie taste so bad! Now I just have half the recommended serve (1 tsp) with a glass of water and chug it down. I can't say whether the 'super greens' are really making a difference to my health, but this product is so strongly flavoured that I would not recommend adding this to anything other the water as the taste is so overpowering. (I guess if you like those pineapple lollies though... this is the product for you)
