General Information

This formula;

  • Contains Riboflavin, which is essential for tissue repair processes, such as general growth and healthy growth of skin, nails and hair
  • Has B vitamins to support the production of energy in the body and healthy cardiovascular function
  • Contains Iron, which helps to form and support the function of red blood cells
  • Includes Vitamin D which supports healthy bone mineral density
  • Women's nutritional needs can be different to men's, so a specialised multivitamin and mineral formulation may often be helpful.
  • This multivitamin can be used to support eye health and maintain health of capillaries.
  • This multivitamin may assist in the prevention of Vitamins C, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, Beta-carotene and Biotin, deficiency when dietary intake is inadequate.
  • It also may assist in the prevention of Zinc, Iron and Iodine deficiency when dietary intake is inadequate.
  • Vitamin D helps calcium absorption and a diet deficient in calcium can lead to osteoporosis in later life.

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
