Directions

- Wind 45cm of Oral-B dental floss around middle fingers.
- Gently slide floss between teeth and under the gumline. Curving floss around the tooth, use an up-and-down motion to remove plaque and debris.
- Repeat between all teeth contacts, advancing floss

Was soft on my gums (which has been an issue in the past with other brands) and had a nice minty aftertaste. One thing I liked is that it didn’t fray or fall apart when I was using it. Felt like I was able to get into all the nooks and crannies. It also removed some of the plaque as well in addition to cleaning between the teeth. Came in an easy to use dispenser which is the perfect size for carrying in my handbag to use after meals when I’m on the go. Would definitely recommend and will be buying this from now on as my regular floss.

It has a really nice mintiness to it that feels like you've just brushed. I found it was great for cleaning my teeth and not too harsh. However! The packaging is very flimsy and keeps opening when ever I try to open it. Which becomes a pain in the behind because I then have to redo the direction of the floss through the cutter and put it back together again.
