Just a side note when using the diffuser- the oil is very potent and good quality so only need two drops max to fill our small two bed apartment.

Blends really well with lavender and myrrh and I use it for everything. Vaporiser, as a skin cream (in a virgin coconut oil carrier) and I sniff it day in and day out :) It's really calming, soothing and grounding and smells amazing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Oil, rich, soothing, great in a diffuser This oil, along with Lavender Essential Oil became part of a 'nasal pessary' I made (cottonball cut to size, a drop of Frankincense and Lavender each) and up the nose! This helped me manage a bad sinus infection (caused by mold in the home) and allowed me to sleep. Instant relief! Would also recommend a cottonball cut in two and these Essential Oils in a (covered bowl with holes) in your car. Gorgeous scent throughout your vehicle and kills airborn bugs too! Highly Recommend.

Also use a drop on my thumb and place it on the roof of my mouth ever morning to combat inflammation. Oil garden frankincense is great quality and so much less expensive than doTerra. Love all the oils I have tried so far.
