General Information

The use of St John's Wort can be traced back over 2000 years. It was traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine as a calmative and soporific, to relax the nervous system, calm the mind, induce sleep and reduce symptoms such as nervousness and restlessness.

Additionally, St John's Wort supports a healthy mood balance and maintains healthy stress responses in the body.

Caruso's St John's Wort supports a healthy mood balance, healthy stress responses in the body and reduces the occurrence of symptoms of mild anxiety. Caruso's St John's Wort contains the standardised hypericin and hyperforin constituents. Caruso's St John's Wort helps to reduce nervous tension, decrease excess nervous energy, relieve irritability and also maintain healthy sleeping patterns.

Directions

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ok Used for a mo th to help regulate mood. Did not appear to help as much as i have had from other st johns wort but these things are so personal its hard to lay blame on a certain product. No discomfoft from taking it and no bad experiences at least

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hidden ingredients These Carusos St Johns Wort are a good product however I discovered by going to the TGA website in the Other Ingredients not listed on the bottle is Maltodextrin which is a form of sugar. So I went back to Chemist Warehouse who would not do an exchange or refund at all even though it was a recent purchase due to their policy with supplements not able to be exchanged or refunded. I had bought 2 bottles of this in good faith and now can't change them for Thompson St Johns Wort which I have bought umpteen bottles of from Chemist Warehouse before. Disappointed in this policy of discount chemists.
