Warnings

Not suitable for children under 2 years of age. Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period. Each tablet contains:
Zinc Amino Acid Chelate
(Meta Zn-Zinc Diglycinate) 200mg
Equiv. Elemental Zinc 40mg
Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 20mg
Betacarotene 3mg

Directions

For adults and teenagers over 14 years: Take 1 tablet daily with food.
Maintenance: Take 1/2 tablet daily with food.
Or as directed by a healthcare professional.

The last bottle I bought, I noticed black specks in the capsule that has never been there before, product was pure white in the past. I returned the unopened bottles and got my money back.
