Rated 5 out of 5 by from Takes time but causes minimal damage I used this at home in conjunction with the blue bleach powder from the same brand. Hair started a level 2-3, took 3 bleaching sessions of 45 minutes each over the course of a week to get close to a level 10. I had considered using 30 Vol developer but glad I chose 20 in the end as my hair has had, as far as I can tell, no damage--I did a strand test which I bleached 3 times in 2 days and it felt just as soft afterwards as the unbleached parts of my hair. Just in case though, I would recommend doing some conditioning masks between sessions to avoid any damage. Overall very effective developer, takes a while to achieve desired result but that's to be expected given how dark my hair was and the low strength of the formula. Results were worth the wait!
