You need to take 3 capsules for your daily dose, but the fact that you can get the benefit without the smell, 3 x a day doesn't bother me.

I know they are much more expensive than the liquid BUT so much easier to swallow as the taste and smell of the liquid is strong as well as it is tough work on your teeth. I would prefer to take 1 a day than 1 before each meal - but working on this packet. I do know they are not doing any harm - so I will see how we go for a few months.
