I usually do not have any motivation to do the legs because of the leg workouts consume a lot of energy which throws you off with exhaustion and feel sleepy afterwards. This pre workout gives me the pump and motivation to hit the leg day. Also, to try other major compound exercises that helps grow muscles with focus and control. This energizes me !. With this high energy pre workout I can keep going for hours in the gym (But I limit my time to 1 hr 30 max) Comes at a great price. Very satisfied with the results.. Thank you.

Do not drink late in the afternoon or at night or you will be up all night! Definitely gives the you buzz you need for a workout though. Love it

I used to have the grape but tried Lemon and Lime - it’s so refreshing - not sickly sweet like most pre workout formulas and definitely notice a huge difference in my stamina and endurance! I won’t use any other pre workout! :)

Ive tried alphapharm and C4; this one is hands down the best. Delivers powerful concentration and energy. Would recommend to anyone!

With this one I feel it is more consistent energy, it won't make you feel like Hulk but at the same time won't fatigue you either. Taste is also nice, others I tried tasted like chemicals not this one.
