Nature's Own Activated Methyl B12 is an active form of Vitamin B12 directly available as coenzyme for metabolic reactions.

Mecobalamin is an active form of B12 found in the human body, which is a coenzyme in metabolic reactions.
Mecobalamin (Vitamin B12) is involved in the re-methylation pathways for the synthesis of methionine from homocysteine.
Maintains Vitamin B12 levels within normal range.
In certain stages of life such as the elderly and those who are vegetarians, vegans, individuals with limited meat and dairy intake have been found to have low levels of Vitamin B12.

These are easy to take - just dissolve it in your mouth (after a meal), and the taste is great. I don't actually know for certain if they "work", but I have never had vitamin B12 deficiency. (I have had blood tests over the years). So I'd rather just keep taking them.
