I honestly believed that I would seriously struggle with living on a strict food diet combined with the optifast shakes. I can tell you now that I feel so much better for it and the shakes really did fill me up and were just as tasty and flavoursome as any other milkshake you would buy at a shop. They do work as I lost 10kg in 2 weeks

Hopefully this will continue as I proceed with my diet. Most of the flavours are to my liking and there are several to choose from.

I wish they would have put banana in the variety pack so people can try it first, because 12 satchels is a big commitment. If you generally like banana flavoured items, like banana milkshakes, I think you are safe to buy this one. The banana shake is much improved by a few minutes in the fridge or a couple of ice cubes as the colder the better the taste.

It fits in well with our lifestyle as it allows me to have a normal dinner each day with my partner. Its an ok flavour but I do like the strawberry best. It does fill you up.
