Directions

Apply 1 coat over Revlon nail enamel for a chip-resistant finish. For optimal results, wait 5 minutes after nail color before applying top coat.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Revlon Base and Top Coat Good Value I have purchased this Revlon 2 in 1 base and top coat nail polish several times and am extremely happy with it. It glides on smoothly before applying the colour and once applied after the colour it makes the colour really shine. The nail looks much healthier and shiny. It also serves to protect the nail polish and strengthen the nail. I also find that when I remove the nail polish it assists in the process by making it easier. I will continue to buy this product as it is extremely good value (2 in 1) especially when it is on sale for half price approx. $7.99.

Goes on clear and is easy to apply. Adds shine to my nails and helps prevent them being stained by polish. Reasonably quick to dry and keeps my nails chip free for longer. A nice product to have for manicures and pedicures. The bottle lasts ages too and you can see exactly how much you have left because of the clear polish and opaque bottle. Overall great top coat and base coat, all you need for manicures in one product along with your chosen colour.

It is a good size bottle and very easy to use, quite cheap too. I find this lengthens the life of my nail polish by a few extra days.

I find it bubbles less than most nail polishes and applies evenly. The convenience of having two-in-one is also a massive plus! (on the wallet and the time)

It also really does prevent your nailcolours from chipping, making it ideal to use over cheap nail polishes too. Tip: make sure each application dries (whether it be this product, or the nail colour itself) before applying the next.

If i have thw time I normally apply 2 -3 top coats and it leaves my nails really sturdy and thick which prevents my nails from chipping big time- as they normally do as they are quite thin and weak naturally. This coat leaves it looking really glossy and pretty. It is a great consistency and really simple to apply and hard to stuff up.

I don't use nailpolish that often but when I do I like to protect my nails and make my manicure last longer. Using this product lets me do both. Apply this product to clean, dry nails, this creates a smooth base before applying your nail polish. Allow the base coat to dry before applying nail polish. Let your nail polish dry fully before applying another coat of Revlon multicare Base and Top Coat on top of your nail polish. This product protects your nails from being stained and protects your polish from chipping, makes it last longer and gives your manicure a shiny finish and a professional look. This also contains ingredients to help strengthen your nails.

I really like it as a top coat and I notice that I get a lot longer out of any color when I use it. As a base coat, it seems to do a well enough job. I haven't noticed any miraqle improvements in my nail health, but honestly they are pretty healthy so I will leave it to those who were seeking to address a concern to comment there. Perhaps my only real gripe is the application brush is quite narrow, which makes it difficult to get a nice even coverage, especially for a good base coat. I did a rush job recently and it looked so streaky I had to start from scratch the next day.

It seems to protect from staining and it also provides a glossy coat. However, there are other brands which have products which do the same if not better for a much lower price.
