Directions

Apply the product onto a soft bristled toothbrush. Brush teeth thoroughly at least twice a day (morning and evening) or as recommended by a dentist. Make sure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth for at least 30 seconds.

I found that my teeth felt great thoughout the day until it was time to brush them again with minimal plaque build up. I did think my mild tooth sensitivity had improved and I felt that my breath was fresh all day.

First impressions on use- annoying screw top lip. Two hands required. Putting down of tube or brush to get the lid back on. Frustrating. Needs a flip lid. Using it there is a very mild flavour which fades during 2minutes of brushing. No after taste which I found disconcerting because Ive grown accustomed to an after flavour as a reminder that I’ve cleansed my teeth. With a 7 day test I can’t see any reason to purchase this product.

I tried the toothpaste for 3 days, but then had to give up. The flavour of it was appalling. It was supposed to be mint, but suffered from an aftertaste of burned tyres. I don't know if it helped my gums, and its impossible to judge if it improved my enamel. I would consider retrying it if the flavour was improved.
