Directions state 2 scoops so I often mix flavours (eg: 1 scoop chocolate, 1 scoop strawberry). In the beginning I found the flavours a bit sweet so I added 1 scoop with 1 scoop vanilla to tone it down a bit. I also make my own flavours by adding fruit (strawberries, banana, blueberries and mango work well if you use a stick blender - worth the effort)

Really good ingredients, great taste (I understand some people might find it quite sweet, but for me has helped me a lot to get over cravings for sweet food) and the mixture blends really well. I often mix it into smoothies for breakfast to stay full all morning or as post weight-training nourishment. I really hope it stays on the market. Delicious and easy nutrition!

Not too sweet to taste and less sugar then a lot of other protein powders also reasonably priced. I use 2 scoups with 250ml water and add some chia seeds, also good with coconut water

It says 2 scoops for 200mls but I’ll have 2scoops per 600mls as the recommend volume for me is too rich. Personally love the vanilla, strawberry and chocolate. Chocolate one defiantly has a brownie mix taste to it.

I went in store after seeing in magazine and bought the single serve pack to try instore as a lot of others taste terrible and are too sweet or bland and don't taste natural. This one tastes great so I bought the 1kg tub and got a free shaker bottle. It doesn't interfere with flavours if adding to porridge or other meals to increase protein, also great for smoothies. I like it best with skim milk, however it's great with water and coconut water as well. Gives me extra energy with the green tea and guarana to help get through the day. I recommend this product and also tried the strawberry and coconut which are very natural tasting and not too sweet . They all have a lot less sugar and sodium than other brands so less fluid retention due to low sodium
