Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great tasting I just brought this today and have tried the chocklate one the aftertaste of sweetener is there & I used milk not water as I don’t think it would taste to nice, but I will use the chocklate one and the banana one, you can’t expect it taste like a Tim tam lol I have tried a few of them out there and this one is great on taste not after taste but I would buy it again total calories 300 with the milk so that is good then I do smoothies at night with frozen fruit which is another 3 to 400 calories so I am keeping under the 1200 calories a day it’s better than nothing

The price is decent and the flavour to the Chocolate is tasty. It does not taste like the normal powdery substance and there is no after taste besides the flavour of Chocolate. I have this protein shake with a piece of fruit after my gym work out in the mornings. The protein shake lasts until lunch and than I eat a low carb lunch. It works well for me due to my active lifestyle. I would recommend this product for those wanting to switch up your usual brands for decent price.

I have 1 shake for lunch, and have a low carb dinner. Doing this process has allowed me to lose about 12 kilograms in about 7-8 weeks....so yes, it works.
