Apart from me not reading the initial instructions-‘add one scoop to 200ml full fat milk’- I initially added it to 200ml water as I had usually with my previous VLCD Coffee Shake. SO WATERY!!! I then followed the manufacturer’s instructions and used 200ml full fat milk. Apart from finding it extremely tasteless I was also uncomfortable to be using full fat milk. It was not a pleasant experience. NOT RECOMMENDED!
