Rated 3 out of 5 by from Smells good but nothing mind blowing So I blind bought this. As a note, my most favourite fragrance is Y EDP, and Dolce and Gabanna Light Blue Forever. So after reading so many positive reviews about Versace Dylan Blue, I blind bought it. OPENING: Has that clean fabric scent that lingers for the first 20 seconds. It's like a hint of citrus and fresh water. Then less than a minute later, it morphs and becomes more pepper, shower gel like scent that sticks and lingers around you. The dry down stays the same, pepper, ambroxan, shower gel kind of scent -- almost like Nivea men shower gel kind of scent now, it is with a hint of something powdery/soapy scent as well. Longevity is good but not mind blowing -- nothing like Dior Sauvage EDT for example I'm not crazy about it but can understand why a lot of men might like it. If you love, strong, manly scent - think shower gel and peppery, this is for you. If you like florals, citrus, mellow, fresh water scent, avoid this. So pros: - Manly! - VERY MANLY - Tradies will love this manly. - moderately long lasting...moderately yes because the sillage stays around your skin/shirt that you can sniff it but that others won't really smell it as strongly so it's not overpowering Cons: - for the brand being versace, you'd think they'd consider avoiding this kind of scent because you'd almost associate it with nivea/lynx - very common shower gel-y scent
