Intended use for Lansinoh Thera°Pearl:
Engorgement, or swollen breasts: apply heat therapy to soften the breasts immediately before feeding and to help the milk flow. Apply cold therapy between feeds to help reduce swelling and provide relief.
Plugged ducts: apply heat therapy and gently massage the affected area between and during feeds to help the milk flow.
Mastitis: apply heat therapy to help the milk flow and relieve symptoms. Apply cold therapy between feeds to help reduce pain and swelling.
Can also be used with a breast pump to reduce time spent expressing.

USAGE ADVICE

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL

Store at room temperature out of direct sunlight. Before each use, clean with mild soap, detergent or alcohol. After use, store in an airtight plastic bag at room temperature out of direct sunlight, or in a freezer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Buy it now! Great item for any breast feeding mumma. I do have 2 pairs so there is one always in the freezer I can use after feeding or expressing. I feel you need to have 2 pairs so one can be purely for heat treatment and cold treatment. Especially if you use it while expressing for the heat and need to use it after expressing/feeding, it needs to be in the freezer for at least 2 hours to provide you the comfort afterwards. But a must purchase!
