FIRST AID INFORMATION

If swallowed, DO NOT induce vomiting. Avoid giving milk or oils. For advice, contact the Poisons Information Centre (Australia 13 11 26, New Zealand 0800 764 766) or a doctor at once. Urgent hospital treatment is likely to be needed.

Directions

For relief of nasal congestion: Rub a thick layer onto chest or throat at night and/or morning.
Keep clothing loose to let the vapours rise to the nose and mouth.

For temporary relief of aches and pains: Rub gently on the affected parts of the skin
as often as necessary (usually 3 to 4 times daily).

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not bad. Although it does work well for nasal congestion, I found the red version stronger & the red worked better for my chronic sinusitis. I guess you could use this one if you are adverse to the more intense burning sensation of the original red variety or maybe if you have young children or a baby it would be more appropriate. It still stings but only a little when applied to the skin. I just wanted to compare them both which is why I bought both. This will be my back up once the original red has run out. I’d say this one is more similar to Vicks but without the petroleum additive.
