Definitely reduced gas and bloating and am burping far less even with some foods that played quite badly with reflux. Abdomen pain has also greatly reduced. Has happened only a few times in the last couple of weeks. Before it would have been daily. Seem to be able to eat more without being bloated and only a few burps after instead of hours. On a few occasions have had a half an hour or so of burping but that has been the exception of late.
